Otter Creek Kitchen and it’s culinary team pride themselves on creating an unforgettable and delicious experiences for you.

We’re privileged to showcase the delectable Otter Creek Farms full blood Wagyu Beef that is born and raised here in Kingston, only 5km away from the Kitchen.

Why Wagyu? Full blooded Wagyu beef has the highest marbling level of any beef in the world. The meat contains a higher percentage of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids and more monounsaturated fats than other beef. The fat has a lower melting point than regular beef that not only helps create a superior texture, but is also the secret to it’s exceptional flavour and health benefits when compared to regular beef.

We strive to create the best burgers and beyond in the region and aim to fulfill your culinary cravings whether on-site at the Kitchen or at a location of your choosing with our takeout options or with the Otter Creek Food Truck and Catering services.

We look forward to introducing or reuniting your palate with these exemplary flavours. We also showcase other local and seasonal offerings that combat your cravings in a crescendo of culinary culminations, conspired by creative communal collaboration with other local farms and providers.

Chefs François Drolet, William Arnaud & the culinary team at Otter Creek Kitchen are looking forward to handling your appetite and delighting your tastebuds.

We’re proud to use fully biodegradable packaging in addition to biodegradable cutlery to reduce our impact on the environment. If you do not have the opportunity to utilize our green bins in store, we want to inform you that you may dispose of these containers in your green bin at home.

Additionally, we are fully FeastON certified and voluntarily partake in the the auditing and accreditation process of the FeastON Taste of Ontario certification program to provide integrity to our contribution to supporting local food systems within our immediate community.
